What is the Admin Portal?

The Admin Portal is a web-based management interface designed for company administrators and supervisors. It serves as the central hub for:

  • User Management: Create and manage photographer accounts with secure PIN-based authentication
  • Performance Monitoring: Track company-wide quality metrics and individual photographer statistics
  • Achievement Configuration: Customize badge criteria and view badge leaderboards
  • Data Export: Generate reports and export analytics for business intelligence

Web-Based Access: The Admin Portal is accessible from any modern web browser on desktop or tablet. No software installation required - simply navigate to your company's admin portal URL.

Login Credentials

Admin Portal access is restricted to authorized personnel only. To access the portal, you need:

  • Admin Email: Your registered administrator email address
  • Password: Secure password set during initial account creation
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Optional but recommended for enhanced security
