Viewing Earned Badges
Badge Collection
Access your badge collection from the Photographer Portal:
- Log in to the Photographer Portal with your PIN
- Click "Badges" in the navigation menu
- View your complete badge collection in grid layout
The Badges page displays all 10 achievement badges with visual indicators:
- 🏆 Earned Badges: Full-color badge icons with unlock date
- 🔒 Locked Badges: Greyed-out icons with progress bars
- Badge Names: Title and short description for each achievement
- Unlock Dates: Timestamp showing when you earned each badge (if unlocked)

Achievement System: The AI Photo Trainer includes 10 badges across three categories designed to reward volume, quality expertise, and efficiency. Complete all 10 to become a master photographer!
Badge Categories
Filter badges by category using the tabs at the top of the page:
All Badges (Default View)
Shows all 10 badges regardless of status or category.
Volume Badges (4 Total)
Rewards for rating photos, regardless of quality:

Badge Progress
Progress Tracking
For locked badges, the badge card displays real-time progress:
- Progress Bar: Visual representation of completion percentage
- Fraction: Current count vs. required count (e.g., "387/500 photos")
- Percentage: Completion percentage (e.g., "77%")
- Next Milestone: How many more to reach the goal (e.g., "113 photos to go")

Estimated Completion
The Badges page provides smart estimates for when you'll unlock each badge:
- Based on Current Pace: Uses your average rating velocity
- Days Until Unlock: Estimated number of days (e.g., "~8 days at current pace")
- Date Projection: Estimated unlock date (e.g., "Expected: November 10, 2025")
How Estimates Work
For Volume Badges:
- Analyzes your last 30 days of activity
- Calculates average photos rated per day
- Projects days needed to reach requirement
- Example: 387/500 photos, 15 photos/day average = ~8 days
For Quality Expert Badges:
- Analyzes issue detection rate over last 30 days
- Calculates average issues detected per 100 photos
- Projects based on typical volume and issue frequency
- Example: 2.5 pose issues per 100 photos = need 460 more photos
For Speed Badges:
- Analyzes best single-session performance
- Shows current record vs. requirement
- Provides tips for improvement
- Example: Best session 8.2 photos/min, need 10+ = "Increase pace by 22%"
Stay Motivated: Estimates update in real-time as you work. Watch the "days to go" number decrease with each session - it's highly motivating to see progress accelerate!

Click any badge card (earned or locked) to view comprehensive details:
Detail Modal Contents
- Badge Name & Icon: Large display of the achievement
- Description: Detailed explanation of what the badge represents
- Category: Volume, Quality Expert, or Speed
- Criteria: Exact requirements to earn the badge
- Your Progress: Current status (for locked badges)
- Unlock Date: When you earned it (for earned badges)
- Session Earned: Link to the session where you unlocked it
- Rarity: Percentage of photographers who have earned this badge (coming soon)
- Tips: Suggestions for earning the badge faster

- Average Time Between Badges: 4.6 days

Share Your Achievements: Use the "Share Badge" button to generate a shareable image of your earned badges. Perfect for social media or internal company recognition!
